where can I get 'rennet' in caithness

just as the title say's - where can I get 'rennet' in caithness, I ve found some recipes, I have made butter now want to try cheese. mmm... butter was very tasty.

Williamson's Chemist Thurso used to sell it Suzy - probably still do. If not, they will get it for you. :)
