New Members?

Hi Guys,
Over the last 2 weeks we have graded over 40 students in Thurso, Halkirk and Castletown which now leaves us a bit short of white belts. We would love to get some new members to fill those spaces, so if you'd like to get fit in a friendly enviroment and learn to defend yourself at the same time please come along. As always the first 3 classes are free, check out the website and my blog for more info.

KSD Martial Arts are members of the Northern Budo Alliance (http://www.kempo.co.uk/nba.html) which is an affiliation of various martial arts schools in the Highland and Islands. Yesterday we were honoured to attend NBA Gathering 2010 in Dingwall organised by the Scottish Kempo Academy this is one of several seminars held in the Highlands each year.
