Virus?

Hi
AVG keeps popping up finding win32/ZBotA. S Heur3.AQRA and a VBS Generic virus.
Ran Spybot - nothing re that but a firewall disabler was deleted.
Left Malwarebytes running but nothing so far. Can't do a system restore - the points have gone.
Any suggestions

computer died b4 I could access my a/c so should be OK.
Its in pc hospital now.
Using an ancient shed find till it returns
