last fm question

my friend wants to register with and use last fm is it free to play their radios does anyone know or is there like a subscription?:D

The basic package is free, you can listen to the radio stations and set up your personal station with no charge, You can get extra bells and whistles for £3.00 per month, but the basic service is pretty good. Best thing is to try it for yourself.
Napster also do one but it is dire to say the least.
