How do you get down to the water line at Berriedale? It looks a great place for a photo shoot as you have demonstrated by your striking picture.
Was just thinking that those presumably fisher's crofts would make a splendid set of holiday homes if one had the where with all.

as you come round the corner at the bottom, turn immediately left and go down the private road, park and cross over the swing bridge and thats you.

The Landmark Trust are doing exactly that - they need another £290k before they can start work though:

£600k for the whole project, they've got £310k already and will be starting work on weatherproofing them before winter sets in. They do finish properties to an extremely high standard though.
