Thurso Twin Town

i have friends who live near Brilon and they say that Brilon is considering a third twin town for them, in addition to Thurso. Somewhere in Italy they thought but couldn't be sure. Has anyone in Thurso heard about this?

How can Brilon have a third twin town? After all twin means two alike doesn't it? Wouldn't Thurso and the other towns then become tripleted with Brilon?:confused :confused:
