Quite a clever route of taxation when you think about it. Potentially £90million of tax raised without imposing it on the natives / voters.

In these austere times it's a winner, we should do it in the UK:

Sceptic tanks - £9
Norwegians - £5
Danish - £5
Amsterdamersishians - £5
Frenchies - £250
Germans - £5
Polish - £5
.......

I'm not planning on going to the US again until next summer but it lasts for two years so I think I shall complete the form for the whole family and save a few tens of pounds. :)
