My internet connection keeps dropping and I can't fathom out why.
I've checked everything I can think of and have no viruses.
I don't know if it's a coincidence but this started when Freeserve changed to Wanadoo. :roll:
Has anyone else had problems or can offer advice?

I do know someone who has trouble with DontWanadoo - not sure if it turned out to be a modem problem in the end but I know he is less than happy with the new company...
This won't solve your problem but it might tell where the problem lies. Go to Control Panel/Admin Options/Event Viewer then select System and then connect again and see what errors come up in that event log.
I have to say I have no porblems with the change over from Freeserve to Wannadoo, and the Broadband works ok

My parents have been wanadoo customers for two years in france and they have no problems at all

Liz, you need to go to the wanadoo.co.uk site and update the dial up you have.
They are dropping the old freeserve numbers we have been using at the end of the month and thats whats happening. The new dial up is even better and faster than freeserve was.
