Photo problem

I see a nice photograph which I like on the net. I right click and click "save as" to my photo file. Alas all I get is a little square with a cross in the centre !! Can someone tell me how to make this become a picture please ?

I've added this : Normally you guys out there are quick to answer............... has this one stumped you ?????
