Ma mind is fair dirlin wi all e things goin on in Caithness. I thocht I'd put in writing til try til clear ma heid.

Thocht 1
Wan o e good things til come from e Asda debacle is that it shows that Caithness people are willin til stand up for whit they want. For too long those that think they know best hev telt us til be thankful fir what we've been given when in truth we've no been given very much. E good foundations started by NAG hev been carried oan wi people tellin e cooncillors whit they want in respect o Asda.

Thocht 2
Speakin o e cooncillors. Ah see that Mr MacKay (wan o e No Asda Four, NAF for short) is bangin on in e paper aboot local plans and green belts. It's no that long ago that e only residents o West Gills were coos and sheep and don't get me sterted on at monstrosity at Janetstoon. Where wis e local plan when that got permission. Also, why were two cooncillors missin from sic an important meetin?

Thocht 3
How much money hes been raised since e introduction o e dreaded traffic warden in Week. I thocht e government wiz tryin til do away wi happy slappin but I saw him happily slappin ticket on cars left, richt and center e ither day. He' got his job til do but I wiz wonderin where e money goes, does it get swallowed up by Inverness or does it stay in e coonty.

I take it you are all for an Asda!

Thocht 2
What's at Janetstoon?

Thocht 3
Maybe easier to walk or cycle in Wick these days. One way to avoid the traffic warden!

Och, poor Kaitness, she's no been geen muckle at all. Thers peepul all oer e world wi no enough till eyt, dyin o starvation and here we are gurnin cos wir supermairkets arna fancy enough. Poor mannie, dinna park whar yer no supposed till and ye willna get a tickad. Fowk need til put is intil perspective. Id's a fairt in a thinderstorm compared till e ills o e world. Crack open anither tinnie and take a good grip o yersel, gi yersel a shake and be thankful for e fact at ye can vote oot e infidels next year. Some poor fowkies hevna got a pot till piddle in, far less a vote.
