Also, why were two cooncillors missin from sic an important meetin?

How much money hes been raised since e introduction o e dreaded traffic warden in Week. I thocht e government wiz tryin til do away wi happy slappin but I saw him happily slappin ticket on cars left, richt and center e ither day. He' got his job til do but I wiz wonderin where e money goes, does it get swallowed up by Inverness or does it stay in e coonty.

Och, poor Kaitness, she's no been geen muckle at all. Thers peepul all oer e world wi no enough till eyt, dyin o starvation and here we are gurnin cos wir supermairkets arna fancy enough.
