This big fella visited our garden this morning. Can anyone tell us if the Gull on the right is a Glaucous Gull?

He/she must be at least 60 cm from beak to tail and enjoys porridge oats and raisins.

I have it on good authority from the_count that it is a juvenile herring gul

I stand corrected and bow to the wisdom of the_count :D

I can see now that the pic I posted and the bird in the photo aren't exactly the same.
Och they're all seagulls to me!:lol:
