Local holiday

I think it's a local holiday in Wick on Monday, I know the post office will be closed but does anyone know if the banks will be open?

Did'nt the bank's just have a holiday on the 29th may?
Don't think their next one is until Monday 7th August.

It may be a local holiday but according to the CAB website the remaining public/bank holidays for 2006 in Scotland are

Monday 7th August then Christmas and Boxing Day.
