photo ageing software

Can anyone suggest a programme that will age a photo or anyone that has the ability to do it?
Have a family photo of a person when young, and can't get a name for them, now wonder if it can be aged to see what the "grown up" may look like.

I'm not aware of any consumer end software that will do this. To get useable results I'd imagine you really need something like Photoshop (probably with some specialist plug-ins) and a highly-trained professional artist who understands the aging process and can utilise the software to create decent results.
