I have a windows 7 laptop.
How do I stop the page scrolling or increasing/decreasing size when I touch the wrong bit on the touch pad??
I have had a look at the setting but not sure what one to change?

Thanks.

Have you perhaps upgraded TO Windows7 from another operating system ? If so, you will need to download new drivers for the touchpad.

If not, then you will need to try amending the settings.
I don't have access to Windows7 at present, but it will be in the control panel - mouse settings.

Below is a link relevant to Windows7 touchpad and mouse settings which should point you in the right direction.

There are also some HELP explanations provided which should point you to the setting which is annoying you.
At a guess its probably VIRTUAL SCROLLING - try unticking both vertical and horizontal if you don't actually "need" scrolling.

Just found this about "PINCH" settings on DELL laptops - might that apply ?

Hope thats helps - good luck!

thanks, it was the pinch zoom and the vertical scrolling, that seems to be it now. :D
