Police shut down his attempts a couple of years ago in Devon, but when it was found that he wasn't breaking any laws and only using info that was in the public domain he carried on his work. Good for him. If only more of us would do this sort of thing, the whole country could be covered and we could see exactly where the perv's were living and let them know we know.
Pity he's not a charity. I'd donate!
