i accidently opened a file on bebo i recieved from a friend & it turned out to be a virus, now i cant get on some sites,(bebo,facebook ect.)
can anyone help or advise what to do?
im not very good on the laptop & can only do basic things

What anti-virus package are you running? Have you made sure it's up-to-date and run a full scan? Download the free MalwareBytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org) and run a full scan with it too.

id like to say thanks to those who pmd & helped me,
i have now reinstalled the laptop to factory condition & all viruses have been removed from it
