Transfer cable for Creative Zen Media Player

Hi, I have a creative zen media player but no usb transfer cable. The non usb end looks to be the same as a sony walkman mp3 player but the pin connections must be different as the sony cable doesn't work.

Even a loan of a cable for a day would be a great help.

edit: there is a website that details the simple method to convert the sony lead to work , but you must be able to solder

Unfortunately zen vision is a different model. Still hunting for a cable!
