:eek: The village of Niederzimmern near Leipzig is so strapped for cash it is financing the repair of its roads by selling potholes. The potholes can be bought online under the heading ‘We need Tar’ for €50. The authorities will repair the pothole and place a 'badge' with the buyer’s name on the top.
If Highland Council did this what pothole would you repair and what name or slogan would you want on the badge?
