Anyone reading/read it ?
I'm halfway thru, and not yet convinved that the disaster capitalists have been the only users of this technique - as good at it as they are.
Opinions welcomed.

It's one of only a very few books that maintained its hold on this reader through to the end - and you have to complete it to get the full impact.
I'd love to hear from any readers.

Added note: your find a couple of references to Tony Blair within its pages.

So, I finished the g-d book. And it is a good book. The subtitle should indicate that it also covers the beginning of the decline of disaster capitalism, or at least a worldwide consciousness of the theory, and a looking-out for signs of pressure to follow its modus operandi.
