anyone got any good tried and tested wine recipes? Doing apple raisin and spice this week and waiting for the gorse flowers to appear for a batch but, looking for more herb, flower or fruit wine recipes.

One of the best winemaking books I have is Winemaking Month By Month. Have tried most of the recipes and would highly recommend it. It's currently unavailable on Amazon, but eBay has plenty.
