Help!!!!!

Please HELP, I have got this THING on my computer that keeps popping up from 'Security Tool'?? I did not ask for it, but it wont go away, and im having difficulty opening docs. They keep saying I have a virus and they will clean up, If I buy the software from them it will go, but I dont want it!!!! I didnt ask fir it!!
Please HELP, I want it to go away!!!
PS Dont know too much concerning computers!!

Let it fix anything that it finds.
