Easy Lemon Meringue Pie
One bought pre-baked pastry case
One 400g tin of condensed milk
Three eggs - separated
Caster sugar
Lemon juice (fresh)
Mix the milk and three egg yolks together then beat in the lemon juice (quarter of a cup)
Put mixture into pastry case and top with meringue mixture - cook for about 15 - 20 minutes or until golden in over about 170 degrees.
My lot polished off in seconds.
