    Default Around Loch Eriboll

went west with the intention of getting a sunset at low tide on Balnakeil beach but the haar put paid to that idea. However after a superb dinner at Sango Sands Oasis we headed back east again and 2 miles out of Durness the mist lifted, lying only on the water in isolated pockets.

Took a few photos along the road home mostly around the Polla area of Loch Eriboll

    #1 sunset overlooking fish farm

#2 bottom end of Loch Eriboll looking back up and out to sea

#3 mountains reflected in a wee loch

will post more later on as away to do more dogs soon

its beautiful out there, just so disappointed that the mist was in on the beach as it has to be the best in the north of scotland.

here's an HDR of the loch taken from one of the fish farms along the shoreline - still not completely happy with results of HDR's but will keep practicing!
