Thanks to everyone who attended today, very good session, everyone worked hard and put in great effort.

We covered appropriate stretching, mobility and activation, essential for good training and day to day movement. We then covered the dynamics of boxing, distance, range, perception, movement, etc. Mechanics of striking was delved into.

We then looked at MMA specific training, such as the single leg takedown, the mechanics of it, and then the counter, the sprawl, and then we finished with some BJJ basics, pulling Guard, retention of guard, passing, and then the arm bar, and finished off with the mechanics of the Guillotine choke, applying if from standing, butterfly guard etc.

Looking forward to the next training session.

    Andrew.
