Default Desktop PC - how much is it worth?

I have a HP Pavilion desktop PC, nearly 5 years old.
It has a 2.4 GHz Intel Celeron processor.
1.25 GB DDR RAM (upgraded from 256 MB)
    40 GB HDD
Combo DVD + 48x CD Writer
    Old style (CRT) monitor

Can anyone give me an idea as to how much it might be worth if I were to sell it?

    Thanks.

Going by this item on Ebay it's probably only worth about £50 although someone else is trying to sell a bit better spec. model for £175 but I can pretty much guarantee it's not going to go at that price

    Hope that helps.

Prity much worthless sorry but if u take any computer technolgy moves so fast a computer worth a thousand pounds 6 months later its worth £400.
If ure computer works ok and ure wanting a better pc ure old computer still good for internet access at a different point in the house.
Technolgy moves so fast and is very expensive to keep up with the latest technolgy thats why i just buy a cheap laptop get a couple of years out it im happy.
