Chicken bhuna
2/3 Chicken breast
1 portion of my curry base
1 Onion (roughly chopped)
1 Red pepper(chopped)
1 garlic clove (crushed and chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp tom puree
1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp frshly chopped coriander
1.fry the union until transparent.
2.Add diced chicken and fry for 15 mins approx.(until cooked)
3.Add chopped pepper and sizzle
4.Add garlic,tompuree,cumin,paprik,fenugreek and salt.
5.fry for ten seconds then add the curry base & a touch of water (50ml ish)
6.simmer for 15-20 mins approx.(add more water if required)
Serve with chopped coriander on top.
