Default Help needed after port forwarding mistake

Hi guys, this is rather urgent as I need the port forwarded to enable an important file to be shared.

Basically, I was attempting to forward a port and didn't pay enough attention to what was said on the screen and clicked ok when I think I was told that the ports that had been forwarded clashed. Anyway, this meant that the applied forwarding didn't happen and now when I go to clear up the mess I am kicked off of the internet every time I sign into my account and go to the "LAN servers" section, which is where I forward ports from.

I was wondering how I can undo this so that I can unforward the ports that are causing the problem and then forward the correct ports.

I'm on orange using a sagem livebox.

Assuming you have an easy enough setup, and because you don't know what you did or what was broken, I would reset the box back to the factory defaults and start again.

If you can't, give us a list of the port forwards you have and we may be able to sort it out.

From your description above I'm not sure if you can do any of this (as you said that you were kicked off when you tried to clear it up)?

I'd agree with Blueivy, best thing to do is to reset the box to factory settings providing you can get into that area. Is there not a rule page that has all the existing ports forwarded that is seperate from the page where you create a rule?

What make and model is your router?

It sounds like the router is a BT one (LAN Servers page).

Even if you can't get into the router, there should be able a hard reset / factory defaults button on the router somewhere.
