Double jeopardy law
In England and Wales the double jeopardy law (anyone acquitted by a jury could NOT be retried for the same offence) was changed in 2005, should Scotland not to do the same?
In these days of DNA surely it's overdue?

I would tend to agree with you. If someone has committed a crime, it should not be possible to hide behind an ineptitude in proving your guilt in a previous trial. eg Sorry Mr Tobin, we made a balls up and you are, therefore, free to go.
