Thread: Curiosity - Can anyone help, please ?

  1. #1

Default Curiosity - Can anyone help, please ?

I found an old item of cutlery on the shore.
I think the handle is made of bone and, what if left of, the rusted metal protrusion suggests it was a fork.

    I am curious to know : -
    a) If the handle is made from bone and what type of metal the protrusion is.
    b) How old it is.
    c) Can it's origins be sourced?

If anyone can help, or point me in the direction of someone who can, please PM me.
    Thank you.
