    Default Scottish Land Reforms

It looks like the future of Scotland might be a fairer and more equal society as a Scottish government commissioned report proposes a cap on the amount of land that individuals can own.

    Why is it necessary?

Every Russian under Comminism was entitled to a dacha. A dacha is a piece of land 60m x 60m. On that dacha you can build a hovel out of pallets and make a warm friendly place or you can build a very luxurious house and make a warm friendly place. I have been in both. Is that the Scottish Govts idea of land ownership reform? Is Eck a closet Commie?
