If Tesco are not prepared to listen to what the all important customer has to say, then I'm not at all surprised that they have had a poor trading period.
It's been over a year since I have patronised Tesco and it was a simple situation that could have been dealt with simply in store.
I would suggest that some customer service personnel revisit there training manual or Tesco re- write it.
