Default advice book on going to the loo

what do you think of the guide launched by Health chiefs on the best way to do the toilet!!!!!?
the four-page booklet produced at a cost of £6000 by NHS Tayside is targeted at people with bowel problems, and offers tips on what posture to adopt while on the loo.
the pamphlet warns against "slumping" and insists on keeping your mouth open, and boasts it will "help you to find the correct position" it says "When you sit on the toilet, make sure your feet are well supported, you may need to use a footstool. do not slump down but keep the normal curve in your back. Keep your mouth open. Aim to do this every time"
And thats just some of it. whatever next?!!!!!

All I can say is "What a load of "Crap."" I know a lot of people who have fallen asleep on toilets. If you are suffering from a bout of diarrhoea you will not be worrying too much about the position, just getting there and aiming the target is the main priority. Constipation will have the opposite effect, a good book is a must in that case, perhaps in this modern day some of the high flying youngsters may even go for a laptop to ease the boredom.

You could be onto something good with that loo Sam, you could supply your own fuel for the engine, free. Just think of the potential if you got it running on Methane.
