Default BIG Caithness Derby - Halkirk V Thurso on Saturday 6th March

    Hi there,

Just to let everyone know that the BIG Caithness Derby match is on Saturday 6th of March 2004. It is in the Morris Newton Cup Second Round, to be played at Recreation Park in Halkirk with a 2.30 p.m kick-off.

Should be a good game of football. Hope the weather is better than the last time the two teams played before Christmas when Thurso won 1-0 with a goal from Allan Sutherland.

    Regards

Thurso won this match 3-0 with first half goals from Gavin Bremner (penalty), Phil Makhouli and Alan Murray.

They are now through to a semi-final away to either Bunillidh Thistle or Alness United.

Next week sees Thurso at home to Bonar Bridge in the league. Kick off at The Dammies is 3 p.m.
