Thread: How much would you pay for rehearsal space?

  1. #1

Default How much would you pay for rehearsal space?

If you were able to leave your gear set up in a secure location, come and go as you please, access to bathroom facilities. How much would you pay? Or how much would you expect to be charged? Either as a band or individuals.

Have a wee idea and looking to share the costs.

I think it'd depend on the facilities available, how many were sharing and if you could work out a rota. I think if it was well organised... it could be a winner

2 rooms, leccy and a bog.

    All under lock and key.

Sounds good. I'm sort of interested.

I rehearsed with a mates band in Glasgow a few months ago. £25 for 3 hours.
    Setup was:
    good vocal PA,
    2 Marshall Half Stacks,
    Trace Elliot Bass Amp,
    Basic 5 piece Drum Kit

Drummers took their own snare, cymbals and kick.
Guitarists just needed their guitar and effects.
You could take your own amps if desired as long as you took them away at the end. Well worth the money IMO.
