to serve four. Four large Portobello mushrooms. Sautee the mushrooms either side for a few minutes. Remove from the heat and add the following- breadcrumbs, wine to taste, not a lot but soften the crumbs. Add the haggis and mash well together. Add a few pre sauteed onions and mix well. Fill the mushrooms and grate a very small amount of cheese on top. Oven 190 for 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious
