    Hi folks, anyone know a Jessie Mowat who lives or once lived in High Ormlie, Thurso?
    A letter has been sent to our house for her with no return address on.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You should hand it back to the Postie or into the Sorting Office in Trail Street and write on the envelope "Not at this Address". Then the Posties will do whatever they do to try and find the said person.
