Travelodge at Braehead is close by and quite reasonable with a good breakfast.

I stayed there for a few nights with my parents and kids in October.

Book in advance and you can pick up a good deal.

This is probably too late but I am familiar with the area.....

I don't know of any B&Bs in Inchinnan but the Normandy Hotel on Inchinnan Road on the edge of Renfrew is pretty close. I've been to a couple of weddings at the Normandy and it's ok but uninspiring. It was getting a bit, ok a lot, tatty last time I was there but I think it's been modernised since then. The same goes for the Erskine Bridge Hotel on the other side of Inchinnan, which isn't surprising because they are owned by the same people.

As David B says the Travelodge at Braehead is nearby and although I haven't been in it, a Travelodge is a Travelodge is a Travelodge.
