    Maybe so, but why did they disappear with no word when I queried their authority from Highland Council to do the work?

    Default Loft insulation

    I had a letter from the Highland Council stating that EAGA would be doing a survey on the property.

    A gentleman from EAGA showed up, looked in the loft and said that I would just need another layer put down and that this would only take about an hour or so to do.

    Not scheduled to happen until after the New Year.
