Musical Instrument repair ?

Does anyone know where I could get a set of small pipes fixed in Caithness?
The smallest drone has snapped off at the base (at an angle). I'm really hoping someone would have the know how locally.

Thanks Billy and everyone else who gave me advice.
I am now getting a replacement drone sent from the place I bought the pipes. Lucky I didn't just glue the bit back on - I didn't know the whole bit has to come out and a reed has to go inside
