i hev 'e easiest recipe for sausage rolls...am even makin them ifanow as i type, i hev them in 'e oven.

get some bried, cut 'e crust off an roll them oot flat, i hed til use a whiskey bottle as i da hev a rollin peen

anyway, mix some grated cheese an some butter in a wee choog, i added a wee bit o' garlic butter too, then spread yer bried wi'ed.

get a richmond sausage, 'e thinner ones an it hes til be frozen, set it doon on 'e bried, add a wee bit o' yer mix an roll her up....

oh...ats ma oven alarm

half an oer on 200, really tasty.
