I use the Bero one, it's great.

    8 oz sr flour
    2 oz marg
    1 oz castor sugar
    pinch salt
2 oz fruit (I usually use 3 oz)
egg whisked and made up to 1/4 pint with milk

    heat oven to 220
rub in flour and marg, stir in sugar salt and fruit
add in egg/milk leaving enough to brush on top scones

turn out onto floured board and gently need. Cut into 6/7 scones. brush with egg/milk mixture and bake for 10 mins
