    Well said.

    Stewart copeland is textbook. He has a great technique where he pushes the beat with his right hand and uses the kick drum just to occassionally anchor everything. Havent heard anyone else play quite like it.

    No-one's mentioned my favourite drummer of all time, so I thought I should - that's Bill Bruford.

    IMO he is completely unique.

    I read his autobiography last month and its certainly worth a read - both for fans of Bruford and his bands, and for a lesson on how not to tour!
