    Help please!

    Are Open Office and Star Office compatible with MS Office and MS Publisher 2003?

    As far as I know publisher files can only opened with MS software

    For just Word documents try Abiword

    For an entire suite Open Office obviously

    Theres also Scribus for just DTP stuff

    Importing Publisher files though may be a problem, your best bet is to convert to PDF then open with Open Office Draw or Scribus. I think publish supports saving to PS also, that might work in some apps.

    I personally use LaTeX for everything.
