The place had great potential, just a lack of inspiration to keep it going and vibrant was the trouble.
Enjoy it now there is no second lap.
Its an old story - 'use it or lose it'. I went to see some good films there and there would only be a few people watching. The films were new and in Thurso as quick as they were in the cities, the price was better than I paid elsewhere and the cinema was very comfortable.
As I say 'use it or lose it' and people did not use it and now we have people who were probably never in the place critising the owners and everything else about it.
Shame its closed.. There is so much potential in that place.. wish I had the money to buy it, It would be so good.. but ..thought the bowling alley stuff was donated by the yankee base for the people of Thurso???
I wish all the staff who have lost their jobs the best of luck and hope you all find new jobs.. Especially the ones who have been there for years.. Keep yer chins up..
Say it with flowers give him a Triffod
It would make a grand Asda.
Cripes the site is hardly big enough for an 'A' let alone a full ASDA !
