    Default A load of bollards

As I was going round the harbours of Caithness, the bollards used to moor ships started to catch my eye - different shapes, colours and textures, and I couldnt help start collecting photos of them! I got some strange looks as I laid flat out in the harbour roadways, photographing them! Can anyone else see the attraction, or am I just a sad old git who needs to get out more?

Here's where I think these were taken:
    1. ?
    2. Scrabster
    3. Thurso
    4. Sandside
    5. Castletown
    6. ? (could be Gills)
    7. Keiss
    8. Lybster

    How did I do?
    All the world's a stage and we are merely players . . . . .

Amazingly well! 2,3,5,6,and 8 are absolutly correct. 1 is Latheronwheel, 4 is the same place as 5 - Castletown - (or to be picky its actually Called Castlehill Harbour, I was told) 7 is Auckengill, but I believe the ones at Keiss could be identical - I will have to look!

Mmm, must be something to do with photography and Caithness, not only could I recognise most of the bollards, I almost certainly have photographs of most of them!
