School Transport, Anyone Having Problems?

I am about to officially complain about the school transport provision for my daughter, I am writing on behalf of my family and a neighboring family. I wondered if there were any more parents and children out there, with similar problems.
I am talking particularly about the High School run that takes the children to meet up with the Castletown High School bus.
