    Default Ideas Please

Any ideas please for a manual worker's mid-day piece. Grandpa has been taking a piece to work every day for more than 30 years and is looking for something different. It has to be cold (no electricity or gas available to heat things up) and be able to survive being thrown about in a piece box!!
We've had sandwiches, pizza, quiche, pasta, swiss rolls, biscuits and cheese, salads, sausage rolls, pies, thermos of soup and probably some other stuff I can't remember.
Any suggestions would be most gratefully received.

79 PENCE, FOR A TIN OF CRAB. It's only 78 pence in Asda.
