    Noticed Mackays was closed in wick today but the one in thurso was open when i passed this afternoon. A Wick shopkeeper said Mackays have closed business in wick. Surely this is not true. Hope it is another rumour as i would miss this shop very much.

    Better not be closed, it is their 10% discount day on Thursday with free wine and nibbles!
    Is there not a holiday as the Pulteneytown Post Office was closed today too?
    Families are like fudge - mostly sweet with a few nuts.

    Was it a bank holiday yesterday as I went to post a parcel and the post office was closed, or has that gone bust as well?
