Another Bee ID please

Spotted this at Sandside Bay and then a coupleof days later at Castletown Harbour. Quite small 3/2"/2cms aprox.,very furry and almost all a cream colour. Wondering if it could be a lighter variation or one that is found in the north only.

It looks like a pale version of the Common Carder Bee, Bombus agrorum.
