    Evan is on tomorrow at 11am (I think that is correct), he is a cyclist, is in the road race, and another event he has to qualify for to reach the final stages.

    He is a nice young man from Wick.

    Well done to the Isle of Man! First gold for 20 years, but I can appreciate that there will be many folk around the Globe wondering where it is...

    The Scottish team are doing well!

    They're ahead of Canada and South Africa in the medal table. Hope they keep up the good work!
